Episode 3: Permission to Pivot

Pathologist Dr. Nadine Kelly talks about her journey to becoming a doctor only to discover, after several years in practice, that despite all the years of training, a career in medicine did not suit her and the stress was significantly affecting her mental health.

She made the courageous decision to leave medicine and pursue something that breathed new life into her – yoga. She now uses her medical background to enhance her yoga practice as well as those of the students who seek her out because of her unique style.

In this episode, we also discuss the benefits of yoga, especially for those of us with aging bodies.
